The Dial 100 Storyline follows the story of a police officer named Nikhil Sood who works in the information and data department in the police department and one day he gets a call from an unknown number who identify her as a distressed woman who is eager to commit suicide and this call changes his life and he comes in tension to what to do next and the situation becomes more critical when the distressed woman makes his wife and son as a hostage.
