Sushant played the role of Manny in the film and Sanjana Sanghi played Kizzie. The film shows how they both become friends and fall in love. Kizie is the girl who is suffering from a deadly disease named Osteosarcoma. Kizie has a limited time to live her life where Manny wants to complete her all the wishes before dying and one on the wishes that Kizie has traveling Paris.
