Akshay Kumar and Hrithik Roshan to team up for their first film together. :- Back in the 1990s, it was a commonplace to see a multi-hero project with two or more superstars, From Amitabh Bachchan-Vinod Khanna, Shatrughan Sinha, Rishi Kapoor to Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar or Sanjay Dutt-Govinda. It’s been a while since we’ve seen a film like that with senior actors.
The reporter says that it is not easy to get two big heroes together as it is not financially feasible because of their high fees. When actors achieve a certain level of success, they have to worry about things like who is getting more screen time, a number of scenes, better songs and best dialogues.This matter remains complicated.
A fight happened between Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol post-Darr, same for Sanjay Dutt and Akshay Kumar after Blue which usually put an end to two Bollywood big stars coming together. But now it looks like the scenario maybe finally change. Akshay and Hrithik are open to the idea of the two-hero film.
The reporter said that the neighbours have talked about this possibility and they have found a marvellous script which is nice as they both have lead roles.There is comfort factor between Akki and Duggu, they have been socialising and complimenting each other on their films on social media.Year ago, they both clashed together at the box-office, with Rustom and Mohenjo Daro releasing the same week, but there was no unpleasantness.
Akshay confirmed that “I am ready to do a two hero film. In fact, I have been approached for one and I am considering it. Why should I care about insecurities? If there are some more actors, I will have to do less work to do in the film, so it’s good for me in a way,” he added.
Hrithik in an interview said “I am agreed to the idea, I would love to do a movie with actor friend. Moreover, I had a word with few of my colleagues in the film industry as we were planning to do a two-hero film. It’s only about finding the right script that does justice to both actors.”
