As per the reports, the Multiplex Association of India urged the government authorities to open the theatres from this upcoming 30th of June. They have given the guidelines to make sure that they follow the WHO guidelines as well as the Indian government’s guidelines to prevent any kind of spread via social gathering. Reports are coming that the theatres are expected to open with some rules like a mask will be necessary and social distancing too.
As you all might already know that some big producers took the OTT route when the cinema halls were closed. Also, a recent survey suggested that many people are not in a mood to watch the movie in theatres. Overall, the Multiplex Association of India has shared that they want to open the cinema after the orders from the government. The whole associations are saying that they are waiting for confirmation from the government.
