Good News: Nawazuddin Siddiqui not divorced, they are happily married’ :- Nawazuddin Siddiqui posted a snap on facebook with wife Aaliyah and kids on their anniversary last week, Nawazuddin sent a notice to a film glossy for writing that his marriage is in danger and he was involved with another woman.
The rumours have been doing the rounds for a while.
Siddiqui- “They are hilarious and nonsense. We are happily married. We are parents to our sweet kids. She has seen me through highs and lows. People write whatever suits their tastes.
Last week, Nawaz’s wife tweeted- “All these years, you have been an amazing dad to our kids, I love you and I could see that we’ll be happier for the rest for our lives.”
Talking about his film, Nawaz says he has got an approval of Manto’s daughters with his original look. “Nandita is on a line with his daughters, Nighat, Nusrat and Nuzhat. They felt I have picked up Manto’s physicality. I have felt close to his spirit since my National School of Drama days. I have performed in his plays.”
If Manto were alive today, he wouldn’t be less controversial, says Nawaz. “He was a true man, who wrote from his experiences. The biopic focuses on him as a man and his talent of story writing. He was an inspirational figure.”
