Farhan Akhtar has offered to lend a helping hand to Ranbir and Hirani to put the former behind bars. Farhan has a jail ready for his flick in Lucknow Central. The jail will be used to show the time that Sanjay spent behind bars. Now by lending a jail set, this is a way of showing that you care.
The hallowed halls of Bollywood are abuzz with a supposed biopic on the life and times of Bollywood troubled superstar Sanjay who was recently sent back to prison, post completing his parole. The film on the star will be allegedly helmed by Rajkumar Hirani who has directed Sanjay in the Munna Bhai.
However, the two have been best friends with Raju standing by his side even during hard times.Sanjay and his wife Manyata were both keens on Raju directing the film because he has been a close aide of the family for years.
News is that a younger actor was being considered to play the part. Ranbir Kapoor’s name has been doing the rounds and it will certainly be interesting to see the young RK play the role of real-life actor and broken hero Sanjay Dutt.All eyes on the Sanjay Dutt family and Kapoor family for an official confirmation date.
