Rangoon is war drama romantic movie which has average buzz since the day it was released. People didn’t attract towards the movie because of the bad word of mouth by the viewers and average promotional and production work. Yes! Acting is the only good factor why this movie survived a bit at the box office. Overall, Rangoon is a flop at box office.
People didn’t like the direction and story plot and that’s why I think this movie is collecting average bucks for the makers. Rangoon released previous Friday at the box office but the negative word of mouth may be going to hurt the expectations of the makers from this movie. This flick only collected 20.10 Crore after the 10th day of release. Also, the movie made only 40.10 Lakhs from the 11th day of release and 20.60 Lakhs from the 12th day of release. Sources are saying that the movie only collected 21.90 crores after the 2nd week of release only.
Also, Rangoon collected only 2.10 Crore from the Pakistani box office which is the very average box office collection for the movie like that. As you all know that Rangoon is a big budget movie which is expected to collect good bucks for the makers since the say it was released.
This movie has a very bad buzz in between people and I am not sure that this flick is going to make good bucks from the box office in upcoming days. Also, this weekend various new releases already were getting a good response at the box office.
