Netflix has announced a bundle of 17 films and series that will be released soon on the digital platform. Netflix has promised to its audience that there will be no deduction in the release of the film. Coronavirus pandemic can’t restrict the audience to be entertained. Sanjay Dutt starrer ‘Torbaaz’ is one of the 17 films and series. The action thriller film has been directed by Girish Malik while produced by Puneet Singh, Girish Malik, Raju Chadha and Rahul Mitra. The film talks about Afghanistan where child suicide bombers are planted and they are believed that killing the enemy is the glory task afterlife.
In the film, Sanjay Dutt will be seen in the lead role of an army officer. Apart from Sanjay Dutt, the film is also featuring Nargis Fakhri, Pransh Chopra, Rahul Dev, Humayoon Shams Khan, Rahul Mittra among others. The shooting of the film began in Kirgistan, 2017 and finished in February last year. The director of the film Girish Mishra said that few scenes of the film took time to shoot. He said when they were in Afghanistan it took almost six months to find the perfect location for the film.
They made the entire Kabul city with the help of technology and special effects while some of the scenes have been shot in Kirgistan. Due to these reasons, the shooting took time and now it would be released soon.
It is the story of a man who changes the lives of some kids living in the refugee camp with the help of a cricket game. The lead star of the film Sanjay Dutt shared a teaser of ‘Torbaaz’. The story of the film has been penned by Bharti Jakhar and Girish Malik.
The lead actress of the film Nargis also shared the first look poster of the film where we can see Sanjay Dutt & Nargis and some locals in the background. Nargis is wearing a salwar suit and covering her head with a dupatta where she can be seen discussing something to Sanjay in a desert area. Rahul will play the lead antagonist in the film.
