Well, Shivaay released more than 2400 screens at the box office and collected very good bucks for the makers from the box office. Also, this movie got great response at single screens compare than multiplexes and that is the huge disappointment for the makers because that affected the whole box office collection of this movie.

This movie completed 3 weeks at the box office and collected 105.60 Crore from the domestic box office of India. Also, this flick collected 13.50 Crore from the overseas countries. Now you can say that this movie becomes one of the hit movie of the year but still needs more bucks to be a good hit at the box office as expected by the makers.
As you all know that this weekend Tum Bin 2 and Force 2 both are released at Indian box office and that will surely going to affect the box office collection of Shivaay. Well, I am not sure that this movie is going to earn more bucks for the makers from big cities like Delhi and Mumbai but still single screens are getting good response for Shivaay.
