A popular director of Bollywood, Kunal Kohli is all set to come with a new web series for the epic series viewers. Today, he took the support of social media to announce the first look of the trailer titled, Ramyug. In the first look of the upcoming series, it is featured a new rendition of Hanuman Chalisa which is formerly sung by Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan. Kunal Kohli shared the teaser of his upcoming web series on his official account and as well on the MX player’s Instagram account. On the official page of MX Player of Twitter, the makers released the official teaser with a caption,” #Ramyug, an MX Original Series, Coming soon”. In another teaser of the series, the makers also announced the trailer release date and the trailer will come out on April 29, 2021, on Youtube and any other official account. In the year 2018, Kunal Kohli revealed that he is planning to bring the Hindu epic Ramayana titled the movie “Ramyug” for viewers. But now the time has changed in the last two years and the plan has been changed as the series will release on MX Original series.
We have watched lots of epic stories related to Ramayana and Mahabharata, also, many projects of the series have captured the attention of the viewers. Now, these projects of the series are on the highest range of productions. Kunal Kohli is a famous director of the 2004, Hum Tum movie. When the teaser of the series was released on social media, many viewers showed their reaction in the comment box. Many people shared some comments on this page and wrote,” Goosebumps, I will restless to see it and many more”.
In 2018, the director announce the project in a tweet. Also, he shared this news with the two posters. In the poster, we can watch two epic characters of the Ramayana. But, he decided to make a film instead of a web series, and now, his dream is going to come true because the “Ramyug” is all set to come in just a few upcoming days.
With all of this, we will get to see some more film industry characters in these epic roles. Actor Akshay Kumar is preparing himself to appear in the adventure-drama movie Ram Setu. Along with this, South actor Prabhas will also appear in the upcoming film of director Om Raut’s Adipurush. In Adipurush, Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is a part of the director movie. While actor Vicky Kaushal is also a part of his new movie Ashwatthama, who is a part of the Mahabharata.
