After the release of Roohi, Madam Chief Minister, and Mumbai Saga, director Rohit Shetty is coming with his new movie Sooryavanshi starring actor Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, and also, the makers have decided the release date of the movie so, it will hit theatre screens on April 30, 2021.

Maybe, this news will make them happy that the OTT platform Netflix has received the streaming rights of the movie. According to the coming reports, the OTT platform has taken the streaming right of the movie for the recorded amount of Rs. 200 Crore. The creator has released the trailer of the movie and now, they super-duper excited to watch this movie but due to the rising case of Covid cases, it has become the main reason of worry for the creators. So, the makers have chosen the profitable route.
Now, Netflix has taken the deal at a big price on a big condition. The makers have spotted a condition that the movie release on OTT Platform “Netflix” after the 28 days of theatrical release.
Sooryavanshi Digital Release Date on Netflix
As per the sources, the movie Sooryavanshi will be streamed on a digital platform on Netflix on May 28, 2021. The creators didn’t share the details related to the Box Office collection of the movie as per reports of rising Covid-19 cases in India. Again, the cinema hall will have a capacity of 50% in Maharashtra, which contributes 25% to 30% of the total earning. As Rohit Shetty and Akshay Kumar is a well-known director and actor for their action and stunts. Thus, they are going to provide you much entertainment and action in the movie and contain a large audience response. Therefore, they have decided to release the movie on Netlfix after theatrical release.
About the Movie “Sooryavanshi”
It will be the fourth cop-universe story from director Rohit Shetty. The movie featuring Akshay Kumar as a Cop as a Veer, who is one of the best officers of the anti-terrorism squad. Along with him, actress Katrina Kaif is reuniting for a film after a long gap. Both were seen together in Tess Maar Khan.
