SPSC Recruitment 2019 Apply Online Assistant Professor Posts, @ spscskm.gov.in :- The Sikkim Public Service Commission, Sikkim PSC has released the official notification regarding the recruitment of assistant professors which has been published on the official website of Sikkim PSC i.e. spscskm.gov.in. The PSC organization has invited online applications from eligible candidates having the NET qualification. These Assistant Professor Posts are in Sikkim on a temporary basis.

- Assistant Professor in Political Science: 1 Post
- Assistant Professor in Education: 4 Post
- Assistant Professor in English: 1 Post
- Assistant Professor in Sociology: 1 Post
- Assistant Professor in Physical Education: 1 Post
Education qualification
- Candidates who wish to apply for the post must have a master’s degree in respective subjects with at least 55% marks. There will be a 5% relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/Differently – able
- With this, the candidate must have at 55% marks in M.Ed.
Important documents
- Candidate must be in possession of either Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification issued by the competent authority under relevant orders of the State Government.
- Class X & XII Mark Sheet and Certificate.
- Degrees/Mark sheets in relevant fields
- Should have Valid Local Employment Card issued by the appropriate authority of the Government of Sikkim.
- No Objection Certificate from the Head of Department in case of the employed candidate.
Application Fee:
Application fee amounting to ₹ 150- only may be paid online through credit/debit card, Net Banking by Visa/Mastercard. The amount once deposited shall not be refunded or adjusted against any other purpose. Candidates belonging to PWD Category are exempted from paying the fees.
Age Limit:
Candidate should have attained the age of 21 years, but should not have exceeded 40 years as on 30/09/2019, in terms of Notification No: M(3)/(55)/GEN/DOP/Pt-III DT: 03/07/2017.
Pay Scale:
Payscale will be of the Level 16 of Pay Matrix.
