Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TNTRB) released recruitment notification for Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges and Special Institutions (Engineering / Non-Engineering) on November 27th, 2019 through online mode. The notification released mentions details like number of vacancies, pay-scale, educational qualification, age, exam scheme etc. However, the application process date has not been revealed yet but is expected to be released soon on the official website at trb.tn.nic.in.
The Polytechnic Lecturer recruitment will be done to fill 1060 vacancies of Lecturers in the pay scale of Rs.56100 – 177500 in Level 22. The post code is 19PT.
The Lecturer of Polytechnic Colleges recruitment is going to be conducted for 15 subjects of which 219 vacancies are for Mechanical Engineering, 134 for Computer Engineering, 118 for Electronics and Communication Engineering, and 112 for Civil Engineering among others.
The candidates should be below the age of 57 to apply for Lecturer position with Bachelor’s Degree for Engineering subjects in the appropriate branch with at least 60% marks and for Non-Engineering subjects candidates must have Master’s degree (first class) in appropriate branch.
The examination fee is Rs 600 for all the candidates except SC, ST, SCA, and person with disability for whom the examination fee is Rs 300.
Candidates should apply only through online mode in the Teachers Recruitment Board website trb.tn.nic.in. Candidates should note that the application process is entirely online and no other mode of application will be accepted by the Board.
A valid e-mail ID and Mobile Number of candidate are mandatory for registration and e-mail ID should be kept active for any future correspondence.
