Norma Caraker Arrested For First-Degree Murder Of His Mother

While giving their statement on this matter, the police said that when they went to her house, they came to know that the woman’s own son had strangulated her to death. The woman was also told that she worked as a waitress in another local restaurant. The case is being handled by the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office. Her son Neil Howard was inside the home after he killed his 44-year-old mother.
The police have started an investigation into this case and have also taken the boy into their custody for murdering his mother by strangulating her. He has now been charged by police with first-degree murder. Police said that the person who took the life of Howard Carakar was a child born from a previous marriage who lived with him.
