Xiaomi Redmi K40 has been spotted with a model number M2011K2C on the certification website. The specification of this handset is not revealed by Xiaomi. The Redmi K40 is powered by Qualcomm processors as expected with the vanilla model will being powered by a Snapdragon 7 SoC and K40 pro coming with the new Snapdragon 8 SoC. As per the reports, Xiaomi has not announced any official details about the Redmi K40 series and when it will be launched.

Xiaomi’s phone with a model number M2011K2C was spotted in a network on certification which shows the phone has supportable version 5G. The listing has no more information about the smartphone. MyDrivers suggested that this is a part of the Redmi K40 series and vanilla Redmi K40 is powered by a Snapdragon 7 SoC and here are some rumors that are around that Redmi K40 Pro may be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 875 SoC.
As we know, Xiaomi has not announced any information related to the Redmi K40 or what type of processor will work in it, according to the previous report, Redmi K40 will come with a Qualcomm chipset with model number SM7350 powered with Snapdragon 775 SoC, and the Redmi K40 pro will come with a model number SM8350 chipset with top Snapdragon 875 SoC. It looks that a similar pattern was also used in Redmi K30 Series.
The reports say that Xiaomi Redmi K40 will launch in China at the last of the 2020 and while Redmi K40 Pro will launch in the starting months of next year. The Snapdragon 875 SoC is expected to be launch on December 1 and also Qualcomm arranged the event where the latest Snapdragon will launch. It can happen that the new Snapdragon 7 series SoC will be launch at that event.
