Well, so far the reports aren’t clear and the court directed the prosecution to provide charges heat copies to eight accused, which allegedly held an eight-year-old girl in captivity in a small village temple for a week in January. Also, you all may know that the during the captivity they sedated and sexually assaulted her. After that, they bludgeoned her to death and that’s really a very disgusting thing to do.

The lawyers aren’t looking that much satisfied with the process of J&K lawyers and they said that how can they don’t make charge sheet so far. Overall, they are pointing out that this case is very sensitive and all the criminals behind this rape & murder should get punish soon. In meantime, they took a silent march today in Delhi where we have seen lawyers with the slogan in their hands.

Also, the BJP MLA Ravinder Raina said, “We will ensure that justice is given. We have full faith in the judicial system. It’s the most autonomous body and doesn’t work under anyone’s pressure.” We think that this whole issue is very sensitive and it is making violence in between Hindu-Muslim and that’s worst.
