Kashmiri outfit threatens to burn girls alive for driving two-wheelers

Srinagar: Sangbaaz Association Jammu and Kashmir, Azad Kashmir is a self-styled organisation in the Kashmir. This organisation has issued a chilling warning to girls in the Valley to not dare to drive a scooty in the valley.


This stone-pelters association in Kashmir has put up posters in Lal Chowk, Srinagar and threaten to girls who live in the valley if they ride a Scooty(two-wheelers) in the Valley, according to the report in DNA.

In posters they wrote using a mix of English and Urdu languages that we request all girls, please do not drive Scooty. If we see a girl riding Scooty, we will burn the Scooty as well as the girl.


Posters of Lashkar-e-Taiba(LeT) and Hizb-ul-Mujahideen(HuM) also have surfaced in south Kashmir. Through the posters, they asked people to continue agitation till freedom and requested women not to venture out of their homes and government employees not to go to office.

According to the report that this organisation has also asked some shopkeepers and banks to shut down immediately, otherwise ready to face consequences. Stone pelters group have also ordered mosques in the valley to sing songs of freedom and jihad and to offer prayers.

The Jammu and Kashmir police have become active and have gone into an overdrive to track down the people behind the posters.

The Kashmir Valley has been boiling in the voilence over the death of terrorist Hizbul commander Burhan Wani. After 17 days, curfew was relaxed but had to be reimposed soon after due to fresh incidents of violence in the valley of Kashmir.
